I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you talking about clicking on individual items for consolidated notification balloons? This is on the to-do list.

This is a bit tricky. Since plugins are so generic and powerful, it's impossible to write a wizard to generate one. For example, how would you see it working? What sort of things would you want to use plugins for, btw?
