When using the OPML plugin to import feeds, you can't have spaces in the directory or file name or you get the error:

Can't open the OPML file: C:\Document+and+Settings\Laptop\Desktop\My+Feeds+03-09-03.opml

It appears that the plugin is putting in the plus signs where the spaces were. If I import the same file after renaming it "MyFeeds" and putting it in my root directory "C:\", then it works fine.
