Sorry for the late reply, I'm still out on the road

One of the key principles behind Awasu's design is to make it easy for the user to manage large amounts of information coming in. Many feed readers try to emulate email programs and force you delete each feed item to make it go away which is completely unmanageable if you're getting thousands each day. Hence, Awasu's design where you specify how long you want to keep items for, after which they automatically disappear.
The feature you're asking for is so specialized, I can't see anybody else wanting it and so I'd be hesitant to put it in. You're trying to remove items you don't want but why not do it the other way around and keep the items you want. This is actually the way Awasu was designed: add feed items you want to a workpad, then run a report for the workpad. Reports can be configured to clear the workpad after they're run, so you get a clean slate for the next time around. It also has the advantage that you can add your own annotations to each feed item.
Alternatively, if you have someone who can do a bit of programming, you could save all the incoming items in a database (using the MySQL channel hook
) and then write a little program that grabbed them, let you choose which ones to include in the email, and then send them out.
