What's with all the windows?

Before I begin carping, I have to say that I'm blown away by Awasu -- far and away the best aggregator I've tried so far.
But it's very strange: you open an new MDI window every time you go to a new channel. If I want to go back to a channel, I'll click in the channel list. All those window tabs are just a nuisance.
