Simple request - handle WM_XBUTTONxxx messages for browsing

Post by keithb » Wed Oct 01, 2003 7:16 pm

I sprung for one of those swanky mice with the extra buttons on the side. IE and Mozilla interpret those clicks as shortcuts for back and next. Life would be good if Awasu did the same.

Thanks!

I've got one as well :-) They usually provide a means to configure exactly what those buttons do so that would be the first place to check.

Alternately, life is really, really good with this: http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/

Ah, they actually let you download the drivers now. (They didn't when I got the thing and accidentally threw out the CD. I was blinded by the beauty of the ball-less mouse.)

I'll check out Stroke it. Looks cool.

Thanks and keep up the great work
