ANY WAY TO PUT 1ST READ CHANNELS 1ST IN MY CONTROL CENTER?

Normally, I don't like to answer if I don't know the answer, but I'm a little confused by the question.
Do you mean, can you sort the control center by "most recently" read items? If that's what you mean then, no, I don't think it's possible at present.
Do you mean, can you sort items based on "most frequently" read, I still don't think so, but there are some other ways to accomplish something similiar. I'd recommend the favorites menu for this. Choose the favorites menu, then organize favorites. Stick the channels you read on all the time in the list and then access them in one click from that menu.
Alternatively, you can set up a filter for all of your favorite channels so that just those appear in the control center, making it easier to see what you want to read.
