Webscrape and Channel Reports - Bug?
Any help appreciated. 1) I've got a Channel that is updated via the WebScrape plugin. 2) The channel sometimes gets numerous errors and goes red. (Not sure why cause the HTML page can be loaded via IE) 3) When I force an update on that channel - new items are received. 4) Problem - when these new it...

This setting is not configurable, although I'll change that for the next release.
I sent you an email before about this stuff, did you get it?
Got your email.
Thank You

Re: Channel Red X - Override?
Thanks, The Shift/Update all channels worked. Can I change the default 6 hour interval? (when a channel is down for several consecutive failed updates) I'm running a fully automated Awsasu implementation with auto generation of channel reports on pre-defined schedule. If the Internet connection goes...

Channel Red X - Override?
My intenet connection went down several times. Therefore several Channels got multiple errors when updating. These Channels are still red (after re-starting Awasu and the internet connection is working) Questions: 1) How can I force Awasu to check for upates on these Red X Channels? (I tried Tools/U...

Re: Can't update Channel: Gzip decompression failure: rc=5
Curiouser and curiouser. Upgrading ZLIB didn't make a difference but the Feed Validator doesn't like it either It does appear to be a GZIP'ed response (at least, the header looks right) but I guess there's something wrong in the data stream. Both IE and Firefox are able to parse it so I'm not quite...

Re: Awasu: Auto Backup
Would be nice to have an autmated action to auto backup Awasu on a predefined schedule. You can just use a third-party backup tool to back up the two directories described here . The only issue is that you want to make sure you get a consistent save if Awasu is writing to its files at the time. I u...

Re: Channel Reports: Duplicate existing one
When creating a new Channel Report it would be great to just duplicate and existing one and change the Channel folder and output file setting. Didn't I send you a version with the new <i>"Create new report from channel folder"</i> item in the My Channels context menu? Yes, I got the new v...

Re: Channel statistics
Would be nice to have high level summary statistic reports per channel. Nice idea. I want to push out 2.3.4.alpha1 fairly soon but if it's not in that release, it'll definitely be in alpha2. Have a think about what other stats you (or anyone else) might want reported and add them to this thread. I'...

Channel statistics
Would be nice to have high level summary statistic reports per channel. This report generated for a given time period would report on: 1) New items - total count 2) Average new items per day/week/month 3) New item posted on average during these time of the day (ex. 11:00am to 1:00pm) 4) Top day with...

Channel Reports: Duplicate existing one
I'm activating new Channel Reports all the time These new Channel Reports all have the same properties (template, FTP, Interval etc..) When creating a new Channel Report it would be great to just duplicate and existing one and change the Channel folder and output file setting. Cheers Vid

Awasu: Auto Backup
Would be nice to have an autmated action to auto backup Awasu on a predefined schedule. The idea is to recover Awasu in case of major failure such as a hard drive failure. Ideally Awasu would auto backup all it's files and db to zip file and auto FTP the zip on a pre-defined schedule. Cheers Vid
