You can already do both of these. The latter can be done by setting up your filter to only include the one channel. I know. I am doing the second. its a cool feature. Nothing is ever that simple don't tell me that. but it wouldn't be helping if I were saying that it will cause you lots of headache,...

Thank you for the detailed reply. I do see your point. I think it comes down to the question whether its selected the few items that are of interest from a larger list of items that are of no interest, or, to delete the few items that are of no interest from a larger list of items that are of intere...

Here is why: 1) We screen our feeds based upon a set of criterion for each search channel. 2) New findings will gathered in each search channel window and will be manually examined for accuracy (noise is removed). 3)...

Re: Channel report - automated run time
I see, so there is a rule... every 24 hours, starting the time you last run a report manually. Yes, that Awasu has to run is obvious, no problem on that hand, however, I do need the feature you mentioned. If one of my employees runs a report manually that would cause future reports to be run in sequ...

Re: Channel report - automated run time
there must be some logic at which time it is run every day. it looks like its executed every new day when awasu is started. at least today it performed the task after i had my computer started. Say i keep running my pc it would be nice to be able to set a time each day the report should be generated...

Channel report - automated run time
Hi,
If I set 'automatically run the report' to 'day' what is the rule at which time each day the report is run?
Thanks,
Marc

seriously now. i like your product. i also appreciate your fast responses. however if you make it a habbit of replying with one sentence per question you musn't wonder that people get angry at your responces. and dry australian humor is maybe also easily misunderstood, especially if only read. so......

So, if you want to create a new search channel, just create a new file with a .CHANNEL extension with the appropriate QueryString setting and Awasu will load it the next time it starts. awasu is able to work with a one-line .channel file? and the other settings are random? i don't get it but I will...
