Awasu 2.1 (22 January 2005)
Wow! Another year that saw two major releases. We also saw the introduction
of the Professional Edition, designed for people
who deal with information all day, every day and need a serious tool to manage it all.
We have always felt that RSS is an amazing technology for keeping abreast
of all kinds of information, not just news and blogs, and Awasu will continue to grow
with this in mind.
We would also like to take this opportunity to again thank everyone for their
feedback, suggestions and other contributions. I posted
this in the blog not long ago but it's worth including here as well:
... when you're growing slow by word of mouth, your first
batch of users are the ones who were smart enough to find you by themselves. There is
nothing more valuable, in the early stages of a startup, than smart users. If you listen
to them, they'll tell you exactly how to make a winning product.
We're really proud
of not only where Awasu is today but also how far we've come.
And a lot of that is due to all of you.
