Awasu 2.0.4 (28 November 2004)
This release (and 2.0.3 before it) consolidated the big changes made when
implementing archiving and search
by adding numerous optimizations and other improvements.
The other big addition was support for enclosures. At the time, podcasting
was just starting to become popular, and at a speed that amazed even grizzled
Internet veterans.
However, the way Awasu handles enclosures is quite powerful and is not
limited to just podcasts. Anything can be distributed via Awasu's "related links"
infrastructure, whether it be Office documents, videos or even new versions of
Awasu itself!
